Surprise Wedding at Crystal Palace & Courtyard - Michaela & James

Crystal Palace &Courtyard was the backdrop for the surprise wedding of Michaela & James. Disguised as an engagement party for their friends, the two of them got ready together at The Windsor Hotel in Melbourne’s CBD, followed by a cute first look and an intimate ceremony at the Registry Office with just their closest friends and family. After some quick family photos in the Treasury Gardens, a nice walk throughout Fitzroy Gardens, The Conservatory and the top end of Spring Street we took some lovely portraits.

A relaxed afternoon party was at Crystal Palace Courtyard where they surprised their friends and family with the news that they were married earlier this morning.

This was exactly what they wanted; a low key and love-filled occasion with no frills, but still classy and elegant.
